In the May issue of the Charolais Banner magazine a recap of the Spring Bull sales shows the highest averages in the 30 years we have been tracking them. There were 68 bull sales reporting in 2011 with the overall average up $542 from last year, with nearly 150 more bulls selling, and over 2,300 bulls averaging $3,672. This is $400 higher than the second highest average posted in 2001 and $1,471 higher than the lowest average in 1985.
