Ben Stroeve formerly of Picture Butte, AB passed away December 19th at the age of 87. Ben and his wife Dorothy of 48 years who predeased him in 2021 ran B & D Stroeve Charolais for nearly 30 years. The herd was dispersed in 2000, but he still enjoyed attending Charolais and other cattle events for many years. With always a smile on his face and a friendly greeting he was a pleasure to visit with.
