Grand Champion Steer was exhibited by Katie Serhienko, Maymont. The silver steer sired by a club calf bull our of a Charolais cow weighed 1460 lb. and sold for $7.00 / lb. to Dairyland Agro and John Deere Farm & Garden Centre.

Reserve Grand Champion Steer was exhibited by Emma Sparrow. It was a tan Charolais sired calf weighing 1370 lb. and sold for $3.75 per pound to Moody’s Equipment, Saskatoon.

There were 91 steers in the show judged by Rob Garner, Simpson, on July 11th and 12th.

Shae-Lynn Evans, Kenaston, had the Grand Champion Bred Heifer with LAE Sassy Sanchez 906W. She went on to be the Reserve Grand Champion Female.
