GGD Natrelle 329N by LHD Cigar E46 and Dubuc Chaya 569C her Silverstream Geddes heifer calf won Supreme Champion female over all breeds at the Expo de Saint-Hyacinthe, QC. Shown by Dubuc Charolais Senc,Ste-Eulalie she was Grand Champion of the Charolais show earlier in the day on July 24th.

The high seller Lot 8 at $35,000 and the 3rd high seller Lot 2 at $28,000 were both sired by CSS Sir Gridmaker 2W. The 2nd high seller Lot 3 at $31,000 was sired by Silverstream Evolution E168.
Charcross Wins Res at Clyde 4-H
Charcross steers from Taya and Veronique Lusson of Clyde, AB won 2nd and 3rd in the 4-H carcass competition this summer. Attached are the results with big points for ADG, Dressing %, Lean Yield, Ribeye but losing because of carcass size. Seems profitable wasn’t in the equation with the bigger carcass definitely making more money.
JMB/Wilgenbusch Win SK Pen Show
JMB Charolais, Brookdale, MB won the Cow/calf, the single bred heifer and the bull calf sections of the SK Pen Show held Aug. 8th at McCaw Livestock, Whitewood. Wilgenbusch Charolais won the single heifer calf portion of this show judge by three local cattlemen. There were 13 cow/calf pens judged along with 8 bred heifers, 8 heifer calves and 8 bull calves. A nice crowd was on hand and a calcutta raised $1,375 for the CCYA.
Prairie Cove Miss 309A, sired by HTA Vegas 134Y and her TR Mr Fire Water 5792R ET bull calf at side, exhibited by Justin Cay, Kinistino was named Supreme Champion Female at the Prince Albert (SK) Exhibition, July 31st. This now makes her eligible for the Agribition RBC Beef Supreme Challenge this fall.
