SVY Starstruck 409B, sired by TR PZC Mr Turton 0794 ET and her MCF Bohannon 305A heifer calf at side, exhibited by  Serhienko Cattle Co. Maymont was selected Grand Champion Female by judge Cole Harvie, Olds, AB at the Lloydminster (SK) Stockade Show, November 2nd. Reserve Champion Female was MVY Starstruck 41D, a WC Benelli 2134 P ET daughter from McAvoy Charolais, Arelee. Grand Champion Bull was MVY Direct Deposit 22D a Whitecap Mr. Blade 5B son from McAvoy Charolais.  The Reserve Grand Champion Bull was MVY Dr. Pepper 63D, a TR PZC Mr Turton 0794 ET son, also from McAvoy Charolais.

National Champion Bull is SOS Chuckwageon 54C, sired by Silverstream Geddes G102 owned by Springside Farms, Airdrie, AB; McKeary Charolais, Compeer, AB & Big Johnson Charolais, Amisk, AB. Sharodon Double Vision 1D, sired by Cedardale Zeal 125Z from Sharodon Farms, Omemee was made Res. Grand Champion Bull.

Judges Wade & Mason Beck, Milestone, SK then chose Steppler Miss 145C, sired by Sparrows Seminole 927W from Steppler Farms, Miami as the Res. Grand Champion Female of this 51 entry show. Grand Champion Bull was JMB Fisher 604D, sired by KRF What-A-Boy 104Y from JMB Charolais, Brookdale while Hopewell Southpaw 6D, sired by M6 Grid Maker 104 P ET from Hopewell Charolais was Res. Grand Champion Bull.

Colin McCaw, McCaw Livestock, Whitewood, SK was killed in a car accident on October 17th. Funeral service will be held Wednesday, November 2nd at 2:00 p.m. in the rink in Langbank.
