The Reserve Pair of Bulls were a son of SOS Luxor Pld 358L & a son of SOS Kicksart Pld 825K from Springside Cattle Co., Airdrie.

KG Keystone Ice ET 148N, a January 1st son of RBM Keystone H41, from KG Land & Cattle, Gadsby was chosen as this years Peoples Choice Champion at the Alberta Select Single Bull Show, December 12th, Red Deer, AB. The Reserve Champion Bull of this 15 entry show was SOS Nitro Pld 506N, a January 18th son of RBM Keystone H41, shown by Springside Cattle Co., Airdrie.

Jill Harvie, Olds was elected President of the Alberta Charolais Association at their annual meeting held December 12th in Red Deer, AB. Russel Gallelli, Crossfield elected 1st Vice-President with Scott Anderson, Minburn selected as the 2nd Vice-President. Breeder of the Year went to Lazy S Charolais, Beaverlodge. Alfred & Heidi Trescher, Brisco Charolais, Brisco, BC received the Pioneer Award. The AGM is held in conjunction with the Alberta Select.

Judges Trent & Garrett Liebreich, Radville then chose BRCHE MCC Rumplemintz 4501, sired by CCC WC Redemption 7143 Pld ET from Southland Cattle Co. and Claire Cadieux as their Reserve Grand Champion of this 133 entry BOSS show. Grand Champion was KAYR Tremor 7015L, sired by RBM Keystone H41 from Kay-R Land & Cattle, Waskatenau, AB & KFC Farms Ltd., Abbottsford, BC. Reserve Grand Champion Bull was SVY Bold 505N, sired by WDZ Flatland 2044 from Serhienko Cattle Co., Maymont.
