John Perrot of Perrot Charolais/Perrot-Martin Charolais, Naicam, SK passed away June 2nd after a battle with cancer. For nearly 50 years John and his family were involved with the Charolais business. They had three National/Agribition Grand Champion Females in the 1990s and were great promoters of the breed. John always had a smile, time for a visit and a laugh. Brent Carey of Stavely, AB passed away May 9th after a battle with cancer. Auctioneer extraordinaire, his purebred auctioning career spanned 40 years in multiple breeds. A celebration of his life will be held Friday, May 17th, 1:00 pm Auction Standard Time at the Stavely (AB) Community Centre. Service will be broadcast live on DLMS.ca for those unable to attend.
